Euro Car Parts Discount codew

Post by Jinxy » Fri Sep 08, 2017 11:03 pm

There's a 35% discount for on-line orders at ECP - WEEKEND35 in the discount code at checkout. Works for both delivery and click/collect.

i'm assuming only valid over the weekend. There's also SAVE30 for 30%, but I don't know how long this one is valid for.

I get Emails from them with discounts Trace & although they're not everyone's favourite, u can't knock their discounts sometimes!

I picked up a litre of brake fluid & a can of brake cleaner just last week for less than a fiver!

I agree Paul. I've just managed to get a new lambda sensor from them for just over £40 - everywhere else they were closer to £60, if not more.

That's a good price Trace, they do have their uses!

I've always bought stuff like anti freeze, oil, cleaning stuff etc cos they're so cheap!

One down side is tho that my local branch is a bit s**t & it bloody annoys me that even tho I click & collect all the time, I still have to queue up in the normal queue & they're as slow as anything but if I choose delivery, it's normally here within a couple of day's!

I also get daily emails from them but usually their prices are good. Paul, I've been in numerous ECP shops over the years and the only one that has been efficient was in Glasgow. The service is shocking but it's now the expectation.

I had the pleasure of going in to ur brother's local branch last year Add when I got my clutch & it was 100X better than mine...served straight away & no waiting around! I also popped in to another branch, 25mins away from me & again, 100X better than my local!

Seriously, u can queue up for 10-15 minutes then wait another 5-10 minutes for the parts!!

The last one I used was Stevenage. Click and Collect with a days notice to get parts. Got in and there were three people ahead of me but no one at the counter, loads in the office behind. After ten mins someone came out and slowly processed the people in front. Finally got to me and went away to collect bits from the shelf. 20 mins after getting in I had the bits they thought I wanted. Took them to the car then found something was missing and something else was wrong. So back in to swap stuff, queue for another five mins.

The Hayes branch isn't much better, even with click and collect, you end up waiting ages and then the guy in front (who thinks he's a born mechanic) hasn't got a clue what he wants.

Replaced the brake pads on the Audi today, onto ECP website, order parts for click & collect, about 45 minutes later get a text to say they're ready and off I go hoping that as its mid morning there won't be any numpties about, how wrong was I ?
Massive que, 2 tills working and no one seemed to know what they wanted, another half hour of my life I won't get back.

By the looks of things, ECP ain't too bothered about winning any customer service/satisfaction awards any time soon!

I'd say 3/4 of the numpties, as u so politely put it Dave :D who go in there tho certainly don't help!
