Updated with initial photos - more to come / available on request.

Yes H - I certainly think it's a reasonable asking price. At that price I'm sure anyone who wants it will drive away happy and I'll probably throw in some of the spares I've collected too.

It will stay until I can find the right buyer, I'm in no rush and I want it to go to someone who will continue to look after it. If it takes time well then I just have a nice coupe to enjoy a bit longer.

I have added a few more photos to better illustrate the condition of the car and show the really nice history file, which goes right back to the original owner, but please get in touch as I have loads more photos and happy to take more on request too.

Can't remember how often threads in here get deleted so will be bumping this one every so often. Might as well pop any updates on the car here too. Had a fair run at the weekend, no issues to report, driving nicely.

Yes, as traffic is far less these days, and things might not sell so quick, so we have turned the auto-pruining on a few sub-forums to keep things alive longer.

Also, with ebay ad's staying alive for years now, it was a pain posting a long term relevant part for people and the it going after a month...

Will keep it carefully monitored, if database grows too much might be an issue, we will see....

Cool thanks for letting me know Rich - the club are fortunate that you have stepped in to take on some of the website stuff :D

Car is still available, now listed also on Car and Classic.

Don't worry she's on eBay now and getting a lot of interest already, so not going to knock any more off the asking price, would be madness as I have the space to store the car for the foreseeable future so I'm not in any rush. Also managing to shift a few parts I've had for sale for ages now, there seems to be a lot more cars and parts changing hands, pent up demand I guess now restrictions are relaxed a bit.

With Covid raging on selling was proving problematic - huge interest but after a few initial viewings no-one able to turn up with the cash it seems (local lockdowns didn't help - I one very keen chap from far afield but that scuppered the deal).

So I decided rather than have her sit on the drive and deteriorate I needed to take action - as such she's off to auction which will be taking place 7th-8th November:

Bit surprised myself Stew that there is no reserve. If you don't mind me saying,I just have one small criticizm of the pic's.The car looks nice and clean with the exception of the engine bay pic, which lets it down imo.Get it steam cleaned and replace that pic,it will take years off the car ;)
