As the show gets closer the are still possibilities for members to participate on our club stand.

We still have a space for a car or maybe two so what have you got on offer.

We would consider either a fully restored car that does not need any work or maybe some niggles sorting out,

A barn find that might either be a static display or starting to be worked on

Or something that would be suitable to have live work carried out on it at the show. This could be any from general servicing to a major repair or just all them niggles that you have not got round to or may need a little extra help with.

Talking of extra help, if you thing you might be able to help out at the show either with a spanner or just keeping a eye on the club stand and talking coupes for a day or two then please let us know as we have have a number of free wristbands for those helping on the club stand and you will be given free time to look round the rest of the show as well.

If you intend to just attend the show as visitor the please buy your tickets as soon as possible and remember to use the club discount code as is not only gets you a discount but also and lead to the club maybe earing a extra wristband or two so we can have extra people on stand which will help to spread the work load.

Sounds like a great event coming up — always nice when Rover Coupe owners get together and keep these classics on the road.

One thing I’ve learned from attending car meets is that planning travel is just as important as the event itself, especially when you’re going long distance or need reliable transport back from a venue. For example, in the UK I usually rely on taxi near me[https://www.durhamcitycabs.co.uk/taxi-services/]
services for airport runs and late-night travel after events — saves the hassle of parking or worrying about who’s driving back.

Hope the turnout is strong this year — nothing better than seeing a line-up of well-kept Coupes in one place.

Absolutely right alvin, what a brilliant first post!

I'm sure getting a Durham Taxi to a Birmingham event that happened 6 months ago is especially satisfying. The time travel element must be exciting, if not a bit risky. What if they get the settings wrong and you end up back in Islamabad?
